Rohit oversees all structural safety calculations, on-site execution, and quality control. His job is to make sure every building is stable, earthquake-resistant, and constructed according to certified engineering drawings.
Core Work & Specializations

Structural Design & Reinforcement: Calculates column-beam load distribution, foundation depth, and steel rebar spacing to avoid wall cracks or foundation settlement.

Material Quality Checking: Conducts on-site tests for cement grade, sand silt levels, slump tests, and concrete curing strength to ensure maximum durability.

RCC Slab & Footing Supervision: Personally inspects heavy foundation footing casting, plinth beam vibration, and roof slab casting on site.

Waterproofing & Anti-Dampness Work: Manages Damp Proof Course (DPC) installation, foundation tar slurry coatings, and terrace waterproofing treatments.

Quantity Estimation & Verification: Prepares accurate material Bill of Quantities (BOQ), contractor billing verification, and stage-wise progress certificates.
